Sigmund SOKOLOWSKI

Sigmund has vast experience in the music arts industry in a number of areas including Theatre, Stage, Concert, Film and Television. He has worked as an instrumentalist, conductor, music director and composer in Australia, Europe, Asia and the U.S.A. He has performed and toured with artists including: Liza Minelli, Frank Sinatra, Shirley Bassey and Sammy Davis jnr.

He has been music director/conductor for companies such as J.C Williamson's, Michael Edgley, Paul Dainty, Kevin Jacobsen, Victorian Arts Centre and Adelaide Festival Centre on numerous productions. For some years, Sigmund has worked in the film industry in the capacity of music director/composer in residence for feature films with Revolution Pictures and HiJinks Productions. He was previously a long-time member of Grand Wazoo, and now works intermittently with the band.
