Aaron has been a professional musician in Melbourne for the past decade.  Whilst he is usually seen playing baritone sax with the Grand Wazoo, he is a fluent performer on all saxophones, flutes and clarinets. 

Aaron has performed with theatre personalities such as Rhonda Burchmore, Chloë Dallimore, Marina Prior, Marty Fields, and Peter Cousins, and with well known bands such as The Pearly Shells, Grupo Bahia, Esstee Big Band, Kinju Quintet and many others.  In addition, Aaron leads his own Jazz quintet, with his debut CD Over Nine Waves was released in 2004 to critical acclaim.: “Searle plays superbly - most musicians would be happy simply to deploy such fine tenor sax as he plays, but he offers much more than that.” (Shane Nichols- AFR)
